Can I return leather hides or cut materials?
We accept returns on unused tools and hardware within 30 days. However, leather hides that have been cut, dyed, or altered by the customer are not eligible for return.

Yes, we have a Business Advantage program for professionals and high-volume crafters. Please contact our support team with your tax ID to apply for tiered pricing.
How do I track my order?

Are the colors of the leather hides exactly as they appear online?
Leather is a natural product, and dye lots can vary. While we strive for accuracy in our photography, slight variations in shade and texture are normal and expected.
