At Tandy Leather, we stand behind our quality and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, items in original condition can be returned within 60 days of purchase.

  Ensure your leather, tools, or supplies are in their original packaging, unused, and accompanied by the original sales receipt.

  Reach out to our customer service team or visit your local Tandy Leather store to initiate the return process and receive a return authorization.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items to prevent damage during transit and include a copy of your invoice inside the parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
